Cuddle Buddy

You know how when the days get shorter and the air gets colder you start to wish you could curl up in bed with a warm blanket, a hot cup of vanilla cream favored coffee, and watch Love Actually while digging your head deeper into the shoulder of your loved one. It is totally starting to be that weather. But it's not just the weather it's sort of the whole time of year I think. The holidays just scream out "Stay in bed with me" or at least to me they do. But since I don't have my husband around and my Birds have flown off to attend school all day I've chosen to enlist Monster Dog as my cuddle buddy.

About four or five months ago I started letting Monster Dog on my bed....this would normally be like the biggest "No, No." to me ever except well she's a good cuddler, so you know I like to cuddle. The best part is that when we cuddle up, put in a good movie and I grab my favorite mug of coffee, Monster Dog does the exact same thing my husband always does.......she falls asleep and snores.

I'm pretty sure she gets this look from him.
